Justified Alignment (in Paragraph)
- Advantages: Fixed line width, good visibility, and clear separation of text.
- Disadvantages: Variable spaces between words, difficult separation of words (hyphenation).
- Use: Text with lots of content, long articles, letters.
The Symbolism of Colors
Each colour has a hidden meaning and exerts its influences on a subconscious level:
Yellow: Synonymous with cheerfulness, creativity and optimism. It gives an impression of warmth and light.
Orange: Evokes energy and action. It brings a touch of dynamism.
Red: Symbol of love, sensuality and passion. It is also associated with danger, blood. Use with a well-controlled dosage.
Violet: Associated with delicacy, imagination and spirituality. It also evokes prosperity and loneliness
Green: Invites calm and relaxation. Symbol of growth, nature and luck. The color of hope.
Blue: Expresses confidence, freshness and fidelity. The most loved color, it evokes the sky, travel and dream.
The Importance of Rest Areas
In a graphic design, white areas are called “resting areas” because they allow the eye to rest, so that it can receive information while being in a favorable state to continue reading and receiving new information.
- Haut du formulaire
- Bas du formulaire
For example, a professional namecard printing with a clear and simple layout will draw our attention while it will be repellent if the layout is overloaded. The airy layouts allow the highlighting of titles, texts and images while facilitating the reading of the contents. Also, it is important to keep a clear area without images and text around the logos or graphic signatures so that they are always highlighted and easily identifiable.
