We have printed millions of stickers over the years and have created some useful approaches for making use of Sticker Robot's unique sticker printing processes. Because our brilliant colors and overall sticker quality are world-renowned, we'd like to give some basic ideas on how to manufacture the greatest quality full color, CMYK stickers...
CMYK vs Pantone Printing
If 100 percent perfect color reproduction is critical to your sticker design, and/or to acquire a big area of perfect solid color, you may select a bespoke Pantone (PMS) run. We can match the exact hue that you select with Pantone sticker printing. It is more exact, but it is also more costly. We do provide Pantone runs, however, due to the labor and other costs needed, as well as the quantity and sticker size, the cost may be much higher and is normally best suited for big bespoke runs of 25,000 stickers and more.
Choosing the Right Color Values
Colors of a light tone that employ modest amounts of all four process colors are the most difficult to balance. Keep this in mind while you create your full color sticker printing. In general, CMKY values less than 10% can be lost on the screen; ideally, they should be kept between 0% and 10%.
