Fonts:

Your business card must be legible. Avoid using new or difficult-to-read fonts. This is particularly valid for fonts in Indian languages. If you use something other than plain fonts, they can be very difficult to read. It is also important to ensure that the letters are large enough to be read quickly.

Avoid Clutter:

The secret to a successful business card template is simplicity. Include only the necessary detail. Avoid including irrelevant information such as the types of programs you provide or the names of the goods you deliver. Nobody has time to read a card that is bursting with detail. All that is needed is your name, designation, contact information, and branding.

Colors:

The way you choose colors has a major effect on the appearance of your business card. Colors that are complementary to one another perform well. Inform the designer of your requirements and request that they provide you with choices. You may also use an art website to find matching colors in your favorite color.

Pictures:

They were the best blunder to stop just a few years back. Images on new business cards, on the other hand, are now possible thanks to advances in printing technology. Avoid images that are too colorful or complex. Additionally, ensure that the original file is high-resolution so that it can be printed without fuzziness. If you're confused, please stay away from it. If you need graphics, vector graphics are the way to go. Vector graphics are images and symbols that can be enlarged or shrunk without losing accuracy. Raster graphics are the inverse. As you zoom in, these become blurry, and as you zoom out, they lose focus. To try, open an image in MS-Paint to see if it is a raster graphic.

QR Codes:

A QR code can store a lot of information in a small amount of space. They can be used to send users to your website, add you as a messenger, and so on. There are virtually hundreds of free QR code generators and applications available for use on a computer or mobile device. Only make sure the QR code works by scanning it before having it printed. A QR code may also be incorporated into the template. They may not have to be black and white, contrary to common opinion. Use it dynamically to improve the look of your personal business card.
