Business Name Card: What Should you Include Part One
1. Logo
Your company's logo is a visual representation of what it does and what it stands for. It should represent your company and serve as a souvenir for your consumers to remember you. When your firm has a logo, it appears legitimate, professional, and trustworthy.
There are three sorts of logos that are commonly used:
Written name: This is a written representation of your brand, often known as a wordmark. Wordmarks are used by several well-known companies, like Google and Visa.
Symbol: This is a visual depiction of your company. It might be a shape relevant to your field of expertise or an abstract form representing your brand. It may stand on its own and complement your written business name. The swoosh and the apple are two of the most well-known logos.
Monogram or letter mark: These logos are made up of your company's initial letters, which are artistically structured. If you have a long name, such as International Business Machines, abbreviating is a smart idea (IBM).
2. Company Name
Give it lots of room and make it stand out. It's undoubtedly the most significant piece of information on your card since it's what people will remember the most. In general, the name of your company should be the largest piece of text on your business card.
3. Tagline
Try to sum up what you have to offer in six words or fewer. “Brand Strategy for All” conveys that Smith Consulting offers branding services to a varied range of customers and does not specialize in any one industry. It is professional, truthful, and concentrates on the primary service.
4. Logo
To enhance your brand, this illustration shows the logo repeated on the rear. The above example demonstrates why it is critical to ensure that a good logo design is made in black and white, as this application just employs one color, but the logo on the front contains a color gradient.
5. Job title
This is a nice memory jogger. Some people are more likely to remember you for your area of expertise than for your name, and not everyone is excellent with names.
