Self-inking stamps are much less messy than stamps that need a different ink pad for each use. They reduce the chance of ink stains on fingers and clothing by eliminating the need for ink pads.

However, self-inking stamps do need ink that must be replaced regularly to preserve the high-quality, mess-free consistency that we all enjoy. It's easy to replace the dried ink in your self-inking stamp.

When your stamp's ink runs out, you have two choices. You may either use refill ink or replace the stamp pad entirely. Let's begin with the steps for refilling the ink.

To begin, place your stamp in the locked position by flipping it over. Remove the stamp pad by grabbing the two tabs on the pad. You take out your ink bottle and drop 3 to 4 drops of ink onto the pad. Allow that to sink in for a few moments.

You should re-insert the pad into the stamp until the ink has soaked into the pad and there are no more ponds. And unlock it by pressing the stamp down. And your stamp has been successfully re-inked."

The other choice is to purchase a brand new replacement pad. And in that case, the same procedures would apply."

You should close the stamp by pressing it down. The stamp pad will be removed. Take your new pad and take off the cover. After that, take the new pad and place it inside the stamp. Then unlock it by pressing the stamp." Lock your stamp by flipping it over.

Gently take the pad out by the side tabs. Remove the new stamp pad's cover. To unlock, insert the new pad and press down. Re-inking your self-inking stamp is as easy as that.
