Productive behaviour can also be developed by working in teams. To facilitate group projects, try hiring an 'in group' co-worker, and let them get involved in some of your productive behaviour. For example, if you have a habit of taking the stairs whenever possible, consider asking someone to give you a hand when you need it. If you like to keep things neat and tidy, join a cleaning group. The more you interact with others, the better your habits and reactions tend to be! 

Productive behaviour is usually learned over a long period of time. It is not something that can be achieved in a short period of time. Even though you might think that you can immediately change some of your bad habits into good ones, you might be surprised by how much it will take.
