Separately Printing The Front And Back Pages

Some printers don't even allow duplex printing. If this is the case, you will be forced to print the front and back (even or odd) pages of the document separately. If you think it would take so much time, you can be surprised to learn that your printer allows you to print only odd or even pages at a time.

  • Navigate to the 'File' menu.
  • Click the ‘Print' button.
  • Under ‘Settings,' choose ‘Print All Pages,' followed by ‘Only Print Odd Pages.'
  • To print all of the odd pages, click the ‘Print' button.
  • Replace the papers in the printer and turn them over. Make certain that they are entered correctly.
  • Under ‘Settings,' choose ‘Print All Pages,' followed by ‘Only Print Even Pages.'
  • To print all of the odd pages, click the ‘Print' button.

You will print on both sides of the page whether your printer allows automatic duplex printing or not. When you have a big stack of paper, this function is extremely helpful. As a result, when purchasing a new printer, please ensure that it is capable of duplex postcard printing.
