2. Think That Your Friend Is Capable Enough to Help You 

Some of you may think to ask your friends that just come back from Japan after 2 years living there to translate your name cards into Japanese. Actually, that is not a good idea. So, don't!  

As you have no idea about the second language that will be used on your name card, asking your friend who are not a professional translator is quite risky. Why? Because even though they able to use the language, they may not that capable and experienced to know the most professional and suitable words for your name cards that can help you effectively communicate the information on your name cards. 

3. Thinking That Asking a Professional Is Too Expensive 

Some people think that translating is easy to do now. So, they think asking a professional translator to translate their name card is quite expensive compared to translate using an online translator. Yes, you can think about saving your money. But to make and print name cardthat has two languages in that way, that is quite risky! 

As we mentioned above, relying on an online translator or an unprofessional translator is not a good idea. You don't want to look unprofessional and unprepared, do you? Also, you don't want to confuse the recipient of your name card and close lots of great opportunities, right?
