How to Make a Business Card in Word Part Two
Designing Business Card
Once you have chosen your favourite business card template, feel free to personalize it. These models are there to help you but should not block you. You can easily change the background colour, the font, the border of the file, etc.
The goal is to create a business card that reflects your business. Using the classic model without making any changes is not very original.
Insert Texts and Images
To write your message, click on the text box then copy and paste the text you have prepared. It is much the same thing to do to insert an image previously saved on your computer.
Both sides of your business card (front and back) should appear side-by-side on your computer screen, unless you are using an older version of Microsoft Word, prior to 2010.
Insert Your Logo
Do not forget to insert your company logo design. Indeed, on the basic models proposed by Microsoft Word, it is a logo " pretext" which appears.
To change it, it's very simple: click on it and insert your logo preferably saved on your computer in jpeg format. You can resize it by stretching the edges of the frame to make sure it doesn't spill over the text.
Your business card is ready now! Reread it carefully and check that the proportions are correct. Finally, save the final version of your finished business card to your computer.
