Use the correct header tags for the headings of each section to give search engines and your users a clear picture of your page and the subtopics you are covering in the text. 

The page title should consistently be implemented as an H1 heading and the individual sections of the text H2 headings. 

Note: The H1 heading should only ever appear once, as a single page can only have a single page title. 

If you want to break down the individual sections even deeper into the company, follow the hierarchy and always use the next lower heading level. 

Make sure that you have a correct hierarchy that is logical and clear. 

By the way, there is no maximum number for H2 headings. If an H2 header makes sense, it should also be used. 

Concerning the keywords, you should place the primary keyword in the H1 heading. Either the main keyword or additional secondary keywords are then placed in the other headers.
