• Avoid Telling The Customer That They've Failed In Something

This is a huge mistake that a lot of businesses make when they write their products or services description.

If your product or service is focused to fix a problem for the future customer be super careful in what words you use. Avoid saying that your product will fix a problem, but instead, say that your problem will give a lot of benefits from it.

The reason why we should be picky about this, is because people do not want to admit that they have failed in something, they will feel bad about it and they will go away.

For example, let's imagine a business that offers marriage counseling, and you want to use their services to make your marriage be like the beginning, but when reading their introduction text on the amazing pull up banner, says "We will fix your marriage", at the first sight, you will feel very sad that you have to use a service like this to solve your relationship problems, making you close that window.

Let’s talk about photos. Use Photos to make Customers Visualize themselves with it!

If you run an online store, don’t just include the basic photos of a product against a white backdrop. Instead, look for photos that the supplier has provided showing it in a real-life context.

And if the supplier doesn’t have these, consider buying a test product and taking your own photos, and you can also test the quality of the product, so you’re killing two birds with one stone!

Make sure to include pictures of people using the product and more importantly ENJOYING themselves using it too.

A product with pictures of humans and human faces makes more sales than one that doesn’t have it.
