Visual brand identity is like the face of a brand. Just like how we can be captured by someone's beauty, it works the same way on how the people may get "love at the first sight" when seeing the visual branding of a business.

Visual branding also has a role to visually communicate your brand's value, personality, and purpose. In addition to it, visual brand identity can make emotional connections between the brand and the people through visual elements.

Visual elements in branding consist of colors, graphics, typography and imagery. These elements can affect how people may think and feel about your brand. These are the things you have to consider in creating a visual branding for your brand's identity.

How Visual Brand Identity Should Be Like

The Graphics

The graphics of a brand identity is mostly recognized from the logo. How the shape and the line get combined and form an impressive design to capture people's attention.

You have to remember that shapes can trigger what may come up in people's minds when they see your logo or other graphics elements. So, choose a suitable that can cover your company's value.

The Color

Pick the color palettes for your brand identity carefully, because when we see a certain color, our brain will automatically choose a feeling or emotion. Like how blue can bring the feeling of "calmness" or green that gives "fresh" feeling. Hence, choose the colors that match your brand.

You may choose up to 5 colors for a logo. But if you want to put more colors, it doesn't matter as long as it is suitable with the brand's identity you want to express.
