It is no surprise that Instagram introduces business profiles. Facebook has already done it by creating the well-known "pages," we can say that it is the equivalent in this social network. 

Business Profile Features 

The new profiles will include functional elements for entrepreneurs, such as a contact button, access to maps. They will also offer the possibility of adding a specific category depending on the type of business.

The "Contact" button will allow users to contact the company directly through different options: email, telephone, address, and it will also show its integration with Google Maps. 

These profiles will only be available to companies that already have a Facebook page. In this way,

Instagram automates the collection of company data, or they must enter it manually and ensures that only companies present on Facebook can access the new profiles. 

It is being applied in some countries as a test system of Mark Zuckerberg's company. Facebook bought the company in 2012 for 1,000 million dollars. This year, the company is expected to reach 1,500 million profits.  

Now, it is one of Zuckerberg's most profitable businesses, thanks mainly to the introduction of advertising and secondly to the characteristics of the social network, since it is perfect for those brands that seek to maintain and increase their professional logo design presence on the network.
