Branding is the process of creating a strong, positive perception of a company, its products or services in the customer’s mind by combining elements such as strong logo design, design, mission statement, treatment, quality, trust and a consistent theme throughout all marketing communications.
The brands are owned by the people and their thoughts about the brand in an emotional level, it can be in a good or bad way but it always makes the business to grow in value if the company pay attention to the customers and their opinion of the brand, if the opinions of the company are not what it was expected, that information may be useful in order to improve it.

In other words, a brand is a visual representation which people correlate with a company or a product. An effective brand identity is the one which customers associate with a high level of credibility and quality.
