Writing a Postcard is a Good Thing to Learn: Part 2

Pour your heart out
Now it is time to actually write the message or note on the postcard, this part is where you can write what you want to tell your recipient, if you miss them or you wish they were here, go on writing it out. This is the part where you can pour your heart into the paper. Do remember that a postcard does not have an envelope, so please do not write anything that contains a piece of sensitive information or personal information. Keep it light-hearted, it is usually what people write on a postcard. If you want to send a mail with some privacy then we would not recommend using a postcard, you could, however, use a normal mail, because it has an envelope so your information is somewhat safer than a regular postcard.

Privacy
As we have mentioned before, because a postcard is designed to not have an envelope, meaning it is most likely that other people will read your message first before the recipient. So again, just make sure you do not write something that could contain a piece of personal information or sensitive information because other people can use that info against you. Also, do not write something embarrassing, just in case you are not comfortable with other people knowing that information. And if you are cheeky, you could write something funny at the bottom of the postcard, so even the postal people will have a laugh reading it. While a postcard in Singapore is considered safe to send, we still recommend you to not disclose anything too personal.
