Please be informed that our namecard size are of a standard size of 90mm x 54mm. Clients have to provide us with their own high resolution (300 dpi) printable artwork in AI (outline) or editable PDF format with 3mm bleed on all sides. MS Office files or scanned namecards in PDF are not acceptable.
Do note that the files should also come in CMYK colour mode with the black K settings adjusted to 100.

Digital if you need a single box or you need them within 3 to 4 working days. Offset if you can order two boxes or more and wait 5 to 7 working days, because the cost per card is lower. Tell us your quantity and we will price both.

Yes. Before printing name card orders we send a digital proof and print only after you approve it.
This is the quick, small-quantity route. It suits you if:
- You need one box, not ten. A new hire, a job change, a freelancer testing a design, a founder who does not yet know how many they will hand out.
- You need them this week. Three to four working days from artwork approval, not the five to seven that offset takes.
- You would rather collect than wait. Our office is a short walk from Ubi MRT and you can pick them up rather than wait on a courier.
If you are ordering five boxes or more, or you want matt lamination, textured stock comparisons or the full offset price ladder, start on our all name card options and paper stocks page instead. Offset usually costs less per card at that volume and we would rather tell you than sell you the wrong process.
